What we do

Every credential on your list, one address

Healthcare careers run on cards, hours, and certificates that all expire on their own schedules, and the hiring that follows is its own maze. We keep all of it together so you never have to chase three providers to stay current. Open a card below to see what is inside, or call and let us plan the sequence with you.

CertifyCRD

Credentialing

The cards and hours your employer checks. CPR certification with the card issued the same day, CEU hours from a BRN-approved provider, CPI de-escalation training, and professional development.

When nurses learn, the community heals.

The belief CEU Connect was built on

Why CEU Connect

Built for the people who take care of everyone else

Smiling team of nurses and a doctor holding patient charts

Healthcare workers spend their days meeting requirements: charting rules, facility policies, and a stack of credentials that always seems to have one card about to expire. The training side of that life should not be another maze. That is the problem CEU Connect was set up to solve.

We serve two kinds of students, and we are proud of both. The first is the professional: the healthcare worker counting CEU hours before a renewal, the nurse adding CPI training, the RN finishing BSN practicum requirements. The second is the neighbor: the parent, coach, or coworker from anywhere in Riverside County who wants to know what to do when someone stops breathing.

Both walk into the same storefront on Magnolia Ave, learn from instructors who teach for understanding, and leave with something real: a card issued the same day, hours that count, skills that stay. Whatever brings you in first, we are ready to help with the next step whenever you are. Read moreabout how we work, or come see the room where it happens.

How it works

From phone call to card in hand

  1. Call or book

Call or text 951-631-3222, or book a class. Tell us what you need, and we will help you pick the class that fits.

  2. Train hands-on

Come to our Riverside center and learn hands-on with an instructor in the room. Small classes, real practice, real feedback.

  3. Leave with proof

CPR students walk out with their card the same day. CEU students leave with documentation for every hour they complete. Everyone leaves knowing more than they came in with.

Hours: Mon 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tue 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wed 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thu 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Closed Sunday.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any prior experience or medical background?

Not at all. Our courses are designed for everyone, including people with zero medical knowledge. Our instructors start from the basics and make sure every student feels comfortable before moving on.

How long does certification last?

Our BLS and Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid AHA certifications are valid for 2 years. We recommend renewing before your card expires to stay current with the latest guidelines. CEU Connect will notify you prior to your card's expiration.

When do I get my card?

Same day. Students who successfully complete the skills check and knowledge assessment receive their certification card before leaving class.

Will my certification be recognized by my employer or licensing agency?

If your employer requires AHA certification, then yes. Our courses follow AHA guidelines, which are widely accepted by hospitals, schools, childcare agencies, OSHA-compliant workplaces, and most state licensing boards. If you're unsure, check with your employer or agency before registering, or contact us and we'll help.

Do you offer renewal/refresher courses?

Yes. If your certification is expiring (or already expired), we offer renewal courses that are shorter and more focused than initial certification classes. Contact us to find the right option.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. Groups of 6 or more receive discounted pricing. Contact us for a custom quote based on your team size and course selection. We can come to your facility to certify you.

What if I don't pass the skills check the first time?

No problem, our instructors will work with you until you feel confident. You'll have the opportunity to practice and retest before the end of class. Our goal is for every student to leave certified and prepared.

How many people are in each class?

Our class sizes typically range from 6 to 12 students to ensure every student gets adequate hands-on practice time depending on the course. We can accommodate up to 24 students with prior arrangements.
